Saint Susan’s Church – located in the middle of the Alameda park, it’s the first church that had the mortal remains of Saint James and his disciples, Teodomiro and Atanásio. Originally, when the city developed, this church was outside the city walls. In ancient times, pilgrims that went to Santiago used to visit this church. Now it’s like abandoned, it only opens in special ocasions. Saint Susan is, alongside with Saint James, patron saint  of Santiago de Compostela.
